The organization consists of and is supported by a number of members drawn from the city's enterprises that work in the field of conference tourism, providing a wide range of services in connection with the organization of conventions, meetings and other related activities. Among the many enterprises represented are organizers of congresses, public relations firms, suppliers of audiovisual systems, travel and touristagencies, caterers, restaurants, and retailers. Several leading bodies in the city have been declared honorary members of the bureau for their contribution.
